As co-owner and lead technician, he oversees the cleaning process in the field and brings years of hands-on experience to each home. His focus is thorough workmanship, professional service and making sure the job is done right.
Melissa Jo Warfield
Melissa manages the day-to-day office operations at Air Duct Pros, including customer service, scheduling, pricing questions, estimates and appointment coordination.
She works directly with customers before and after service to keep the process clear and straightforward while keeping the field schedule organized and running smoothly.
Nicholas Loverde
Nicholas works alongside Duane on residential air duct and dryer vent cleaning jobs and assists throughout the cleaning process, including equipment setup, job-site preparation and cleaning procedures.
He continues to build his hands-on experience while helping make sure each home is treated carefully and each job is completed thoroughly and professionally.
