Loosen & Remove Debris
Professional negative pressure works together with brush augers and/or compressed-air tools to loosen and collect dust and debris.
Close & Verify
Access openings are closed and the work area is cleaned. We take the best before-and-after photos we can, but photos are not guaranteed for every system or area.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
$80 when added to air duct cleaning or $180 as a standalone service where available. We cannot service roof vents, vents requiring ladders over 15 feet or vents beneath low decks.
EnviroCon Treatment
$80 per HVAC system. EnviroCon is an EPA-registered bacteriostat, fungistat and deodorizer that can be applied throughout the duct system during cleaning when selected.

How We Connect to Your Ductwork
The hose is connected to the supply or return main trunk line. The supply and return sides are cleaned separately. Our gas-powered negative air machine maintains negative pressure while brush augers and/or compressed-air tools loosen dust and debris inside the ductwork.
The tools are selected for the duct material and layout. Necessary service openings are professionally closed and sealed after cleaning. When direct access to a main trunk line is not available, an alternate connection method may be used.
Cleaning Priced Per HVAC System
Multiple thermostats do not necessarily mean multiple systems. Count the indoor furnace or air-handler units connected to separate duct systems. If you are unsure, call or text us before booking.
The first HVAC system is $369, with each additional system cleaned in the same home during the same visit priced at $269.
Before Your Appointment
Please provide parking close to the home for our equipment and clear access to the indoor units and supply and return vents. Move items blocking these areas before we arrive; our technicians do not move heavy furniture or fragile items.
If your system is on a rooftop, on a fourth floor, or in a tight crawlspace, call or text us before booking so we can review access. The address checker confirms service area, but cannot evaluate equipment access.
