They were respectful of the house property and tried to make the cleaning of the air ducts as easy and seamless as possible. I was given information on the process as it was happening. I was scheduled to have a dryer vent cleaning at the same time and an inspection revealed it was unnecessary. I appreciated their honesty and feedback. “Your technician was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to thoroughly assess our unique situation. He spent extra time trying to fix a magnetic closure on our wood stove and wasn't satisfied until he understood why we had an extra chimney! He also didn't charge us when he determined that our wood stove chimney didn't need cleaning. A breathe of fresh air! He was a delight to work with I and would highly recommend him to others.”

“We were very pleased with the quality of communication with Melissa, who booked our appointment, and with the overall quality of the techs' work. Our ducts -- which were way overdue for a cleaning -- are so much cleaner than they were before; and so is the air we are breathing. The "before and after" pictures proved that Air Duct Pros had done a thorough job. However, they lost a star (and maybe should have lost two) for leaving considerable dirt and debris around the openings they had used to do the cleaning. We should NOT have had to clean up after them!”

“This is our second time using Air Duct Pros. Our first experience was 6 years ago, and we're pleased to note that the company is just as good as we remembered it. The crew of 2 men were prompt, worked diligently and efficiently in tandem with each other. The areas around the vents that were removed for cleaning purposes were left spotless as well as the furnace area in out basement. Their behavior, comments and work habits spoke of their professional pride in their company. Best of all, the resulting air quality was much improved! My husband, who had been constantly coughing and complaining of " stuffiness and dust " in the house, is now breathing free and happy.”

“These folks are awesome! They kept me updated every step of the way as they performed the service throughout the house. They alerted me to my dryer vent being potentially clogged and offered the cleaning service and to replace the rigid piping with a more flexible material. I was warned of potential drawbacks that they wouldn't be able to cover. All of their communication was done in an informative tone, so that I did not feel pressured into making any decisions. I went with the dryer cleaning because I suspected that an issue existed there and had not been able to look into it further up to that point. It was a good thing I did because a lot of built up lint came out on the front of the house after they began the cleaning. They handled the clean up of the excess lint without missing a beat. The additional charge for the dryer cleaning was reasonable in my opinion. While the service may not look cheap on the surface, all of their prices are stated up front. They don't display a small price and then hide further fees in small print. It makes it much easier for one to budget, and I am completely satisfied with the value I got for their service.”

“I would definitely recommend Air Duct Pros to anyone who needs duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning. I was able to schedule very quickly and they are currently offering discounts for paying in cash. I really liked that they explained everything to me before doing it, and allowed me to ask questions. You can tell they know what they are doing! But the real reason I am giving them five stars is that they stand behind their work. After they left I could feel a vibration every time I ran the air conditioning. They came back out a few days later to check it out and told me if it was something they had done, they would cover the costs to fix it. Luckily they found a small piece of wood that had fallen into the unit during cleaning and it was an easy fix! Their prices are good and in line with other companies. All in all a good experience!”

“This is my 2nd most excellent experience with Air Duct Pros! Melisa worked very hard to schedule my cleaning on the date I requested. Even though they were over booked and there was a wait list, somehow Melisa found a way to fit our cleaning in. It was important since my son and 4 college team mates were scheduled to move in that afternoon to a 100+ year old home off college campus. The ducts were absolutely filthy but when the Pros were done they were spotless! The were flexible as the team encountered a unexpected 2nd HVAC system on premise and even though they were overbooked they took the time to complete the 2nd system and it's ducts at a small additional charge over the original estimate. Definitely having them back to my home for a pre-winter cleaning!”
